The process involves the meticulous separation of solids and liquids, with the extraction of bio-oils from the recovered liquids. Simultaneously, active enzymes are utilized to convert solids into valuable resources, serving either as animal feed or fertilizer. This comprehensive approach ensures that 99% of all waste foods generated in diverse settings such as restaurants, industrial, commercial complexes, and housing communities are diverted from landfills. What sets our solution apart from alternatives lies in its holistic waste management approach, preventing a significant portion of waste from reaching landfills. Moreover, the cost-effectiveness is underscored by the resale of recovered items, distinguishing our technology as a sustainable and economically viable choice for waste management in comparison to current practices that primarily collect used oils from kitchens, allowing most other solids and liquids to go to landfills.
