We strongly encourage the public to call the hotline 13 27 50 before coming into the branch. We accept vehicles that are dropped off but do require the owner to fill out paperwork to state they are the registered owner in every case. ASV is required by law to keep records of all acquisitions across all branches. All private acquisitions require completed paperwork beforehand. If the acquisition is from another company or dealer we require a tax invoice on company letterhead made out to ASV.
