WCRA Breakfast Briefing on the NSW Business Recycling Fund

A new $35M Fund has been established as part of the NSW Government's Waste Less Recycle More initiative to help business to reduce waste and increase recycling. The Waste Contractors & Recyclers Association of NSW (WCRA) is pleased to announce a presentation by NSW EPA's Mark Jackson, Manager Resource Recovery, that will highlight key programs and funding opportunities to support the waste contracting and recycling industry to support businesses across the state to implement improved recycling systems to capture food, wood, plastic, paper and cardboard still going to landfill.

The presentation will provide an overview of the five key programs under the Fund, including BinTrim, Small Scale Infrastructure Program, Industrial Ecology and support for Planet Ark's BusinessRecycling directory and infrastructure through the Australian Packaging Covenant.

The Breakfast Briefing will take place on Tuesday 23rd July 2013 in Silverwater NSW.

Proprietors, Managers & Supervisors from the Waste Management & Recycling Industry with responsibility for management, operations, sales, marketing, business development, compliance, business strategy, depot activities etc., in addition, regulators, local government personnel with responsibility for commercial and industrial waste.
